Return & Refund Policy

At Vancouver Sauna Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality sauna accessories. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization.

To be eligible for a return, an item must:

  • Be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Be unused and uninstalled.

  • Be in its original, unopened packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase.

  • Be in new, resalable condition.

Items returned without authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sauna rocks

  • Essential oils, fragrances, and aromatherapy products

  • Opened cleaning or maintenance products

  • Electrical components and replacement parts

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Special-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that has been opened, used, installed, or modified

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the item

  • A description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected item at our discretion.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
