Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully authorized.

Shipping times provided are estimates only.

Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Vancouver Sauna Ltd.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain products—including sauna rocks, electrical components, sale items, and opened or used products—are non-returnable.

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.

8. Warranty

Where applicable, products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage does not include damage resulting from:

Improper installation
Misuse
Neglect
Unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage

Warranty claims may require photographs or additional documentation.

9. Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Vancouver Sauna Ltd. is not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions.
